The depiction of the lion on our crest symbolizes strength,nobility and fearlessness. The lion also represents the fact that we are a faith-based club and built with Jesus as our foundation.

The name Knoxville Reds is not only a nod to Liverpool FC, but it is steeped in local history. The Knoxville Reds were a minor league baseball team that competed in the Appalachian League from 1912 to 1914.
